Mike is a U.S. Army Veteran, a husband, and a father. He graduated from Gulf Coast State College with a bachelor's degree in Corporate Entrepreneurship. After retiring from the Army, he worked in construction and as a customs broker for several years while serving at his local church. He is currently attending Asbury Theological Seminary for his Master of Divinity Degree. Mike enjoys being with people and can often be found entertaining the kids, youth, and adults when he is not preaching.

With a heart to serve God, Patty keeps track of all things church and yet always seems to make time to say hi and listen to those who drop in.

Cindy has been a member of FMC Atmore since 2002 and has actively served with the Children’s Ministry since 2022. She was raised in a loving church family who supported their children in their faith journey and sees this as her calling with FMC Atmore. Cindy and her husband, James, have one son, Judson, who grew up in the Children’s Ministry of FMC Atmore from the nursery crib to high school graduation and now attends Auburn University.

A lifelong member of First Methodist Church of Atmore, Beth has been part of the church family since infancy. Following a 37-year career in public education, she retired in 2020. She now serves as Nursery Director and finds great joy in nurturing and caring for the church’s little ones. Beth and her husband, Steve, are blessed with two children and three grandchildren. She loves traveling and cherishing time with her family.

Misty Baragar is thankful for the opportunity to serve and give back through faith-based volunteer work. Dennis worked 32 years as an Electrical Engineer with Ala Power. He is a US Navy veteran from Vietnam days. He earned his music degree from Miss College and has been working in Church music since he was 18. His EE degree was earned at MSU.
